To be honest, much too often I have to restrain some of my clients. They are sort of brand-obsessed, which means that, because of some kind of brand or marketing, they go beyond efficiency and even forget about other aspects of their businesses. Your business must remain balanced! So yes, I have stopped a number of my clients and told them to focus more on their products, customers, and services. Almost always it is a more effective medicine than all those archetypes, needscopes, and essences altogether. Regardless of how much this negatively affects my cashflow.
